The Program Executive Office for Digital and Enterprise Services (PEO Digital) is the Department of the Navy’s enterprise-wide information technology acquisition agent. PEO Digital is digitally transforming systems to evolve and deliver modern capabilities and technologies to maintain the competitive edge while meeting demand signals from our user communities. the challenge is delivering the tools required by the DON with speed, agility and affordability.


Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) manages the acquisition life cycle of the Department of the Navy’s enterprise-wide IT networks. NEN’s portfolio includes the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), the Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net), and the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) contract.
Special Networks and Intelligence Mission Applications (SNIMA) manages the acquisition life cycle of the Navy’s shore-based Joint World-Wide Intelligence Communication Systems (JWCS) IT domain, including modernization, operations and security, and evolves and sustains mission-focused intelligence software and software applications.
Naval Commercial Cloud Services (NCCS) develops and executes the Navy’s overarching cloud brokerage structure. NCCS supports the accelerated adoption of commercial cloud technologies and services while protecting Navy information in the commercial cloud.
Special Access Program Networks (SAP) is responsible for planning and managing integration of capabilities for the DON SAP enterprise IT networks.
Enterprise IT Strategic Sourcing (EITSS) implements and manages IT agreements for the DON, Department of Defense and the federal government through research and negotiation, ultimately consolidating, centralizing and streamlining IT acquisition.
Network and Infrastructure (N&I) provides and sustains secure, reliable and effective technologies and services enabling users to access the voice, data and information services required to successfully perform the Marine Corps mission, as defined by the Commandant’s Planning Guidance (CPG), Marine Corps Information Enterprise Environment (MCIEE) Blueprint and the Network Modernization Plan (NMP).
Customer Support and Strategic Sourcing (CS3) procures, delivers, and sustains services, hardware, and software. Support includes up-to-date hardware, software, and contractor services to meet Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise (MCIEE) technology requirements across the enterprise. CS3 effects program execution plans that support the Network Modernization Plan (NMP).
